  • Join this Growing Group; 2 Providers have gone to part time
  • Would take any; C&L, Child Adolescent, Adult
  • Must be BC or BE and on track to become BC
  • Looking for someone to do outpatient, possible inpatient, consultations required if on call, interest in telepsych, rotating call coverage between all FT physicians in group
  • Census/Patients Per Day: total average daily census of 28.83
  • Shift Schedule/Coverage: If they are strictly outpatient it is 8 – 5 today.
  • The doctors who are attendings on the inpatient units usually start at 6:30 – 7:00 depending on what they want to do and then come to the outpatient clinic anywhere from 9 – 11 to see patients ending anywhere from 3 – 5. It varies physician to physician.
  • 1:7 call; covers both inpatient and out patient when on call

 

Compensation Details

  • Hourly/Annual Pay: $300,000 - $325,000 (based on experience) – Per MGMA data
  • $50,000 Sign On
  • Student Loan Repayment: $150,000 if applicable
  • Relocation up to $15,000
  • Benefits Package (Health, Vacation, CME, etc.) CME $5,000 with 1 week of CME PTO 6 weeks
  • Length of Contract/Terms/Guaranteed: 5 years
